Herman L. Sigmond Consultant, formerly
Herman L. Sigmond Company, has provided construction related consultation and expert
witness services to the legal profession since 1983. My recognized expertise is
in the areas of general construction practices, steel construction practices,
construction defects, construction safety, slip/fall and Code compliance. The
services I offer include consultation and analysis, site inspections, review of
all case related documentation and/or exhibits, reports, and testimony. I
have been court qualified and I have testified as an expert witness in
New Jersey Superior Courts in Camden, Burlington and Union Counties.
ABOUT PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES...
Herman L. Sigmond Consultant, formerly Herman L. Sigmond Company, is a
Structural Steel/Miscellaneous Metals Construction Project Management firm established since 1972.
I am a highly skilled
professional with a broad range of experience encompassing over 30 years of
success overseeing all phases of minor to major multimillion-dollar public and
private sector steel construction projects, for private sector clients.
Broadly considered an extremely proficient project manager, I have directed all aspects of
operations, including the planning, scheduling, and supervision of field
erection activities; overseeing and coordinating field surveying, shop
detailing, and fabrication activities; and, interacting and coordinating with
owners’ representatives, contractors, and project design teams.
My reputation is as a strong and talented leader with complex problem solving skills, as well
as one who possesses an extensive knowledge of various applicable code and compliance regulations.
I am dedicated, respected, and backed by solid credentials with a proven record of
protecting clients’ interests and maintaining quality, safety, and success
against established baselines for each project.
